2022 World Rally Championship in Sardinia!

The Sardinian Rally World Championship is back from 2 to 5 June 2022 with 21 special stages and 314.31 km timed!

This year Olbia will be the queen of the “START”. In fact, the Sardinian Rally 2022 will open with the brand new and exciting “cabu abbas” race, which will start on 2 June in Olmedo with the shakedown and then continue to Olbia for the special.

The drivers will always spend the night in the Gallura capital and then start the championship on Friday 3 with 8 special stages and 132 kilometers divided into the special stages of Monte Acuto and Monti di Alà and the two time trials of Gallura of Tempio and Erula-Tula . On Saturday 4th June the classic and exciting special stages of Coiluna-Loelle and Monte Lerno with the famous Micky’s jump and the two time trials of Osilo-Tergu and Castel Sardo. Thus we arrive on Sunday with 43 km timed and 4 tests, two of which at Monte Baranta and the power stage Sassari Argentiera.

Logistics and assistance base will be in Alghero between the beautiful ramblas and the piazzale della pace.

Our seaside residence is located 20 minutes from Olbia and in a strategic position for many of the Gallura special stages. It can be a meeting point from which to start but also a refreshment point after a long day of rallying!
