New sunset deck and fitness in general with a wooden platform covered by solar sails and a breathtaking sea view!
After padel, the range of sporting services for active holidays at Residence Hotel Lu NIbareddu expands with a brand new area dedicated to yoga and fitness.
The new yoga classes will start in season 2023 in an exceptional location: 50 metres above sea level, on a brand new deck made of Siberian larch scented wood surrounded by Mediterranean maquis and a wonderful view of Porto Taverna and Tavolara beach!
After the success of the lessons on the beach in the dedicated area at the Taverna Beach last year, the courses continue with national and international teachers with whom you can explore the different disciplines of yoga: from hatha to ashtanga, from Vinyasa to power yoga and more!
