Sardinia, with its emerald coastline and hinterland, has always been a great choice for a relaxing yet active holiday. For families who choose to stay at our Residence Hotel Lu Nibareddu, the experience becomes an adventure, a journey between stimulating activities and pure relaxation. In fact, the village offers various services and opportunities to have fun on holiday with the family: from the shallow pool for the little ones to the multi-playground, from bike rental to the windsurfing school to off-site activities such as adventure parks, water playgrounds, and excursions!

The sea: The first plunge into fun

A few steps from the Residence is our Porto Taverna beach with its shallow water, fine white sand and crystal-clear water. The beach is also served by our sunbed and umbrellas reserved for families and the Tavernetta Beach beach bar, an opportunity to enjoy the sea in absolute relaxation and comfort while the children play on the shore.

Children’s pool: relax in safety

At our BBQ restaurant you will find the children’s pool with a seabed suitable for safe play. Next to it is the pool for adults surrounded by sun loungers and parasols as well as the always open pool bar where you can cool off. The right place for a last swim after a day at the beach and a nice aperitif before dinner.

Playground: Pure Energy

After the pool, our playground is ideal for unloading the children’s energy. In a safe and well-equipped area right next to the BBQ restaurant.

Bike Centre: bike hire for young and old

Inside the village there is a bike centre where bicycles of all types and suitable for everyone can be hired. You can rent electric bikes, safety equipment and reach the Porto Taverna beach or Cala Girgolu through the lush Gallura scrubland.

Sardinia Adventure Park: Adrenalin in the Trees

Located a short distance from the residence, in the locality of Santa Lucia, is the Parco Sardegna Avventura (Sardinia Adventure Park), a real high-altitude adrenalin course through the trees of a beautiful pine forest. The activity is open to both adults and children with appropriate and safe routes.

Water games and fun

Also outside our hotel but within easy reach are two fun water parks. The first, Aquadream, is located in Baia Sardinia and is the Gallura park where you can spend a day among slides, activities and a refreshment point. The second, in Budoni, is a park built directly a few steps from the shoreline. It is built with a series of floating inflatables right in front of the beach where you can spend the day.

Excursion to Tavolara: The island in its majesty

Another opportunity not to be missed is a beautiful boat trip to the island of Tavolara. There are two excursions: the first is simply a short trip to the island and a stop on the beach, while the second includes a tour of the coast, swimming at the pools of Molara and a stop on the island’s beach. Once there, in addition to enjoying the natural surroundings, it is possible to eat in one of the restaurants there.

Porto Taverna windsurfing school: Challenge the waves

For sports enthusiasts, the Porto Taverna windsurfing school is a must. In addition to windsurfing lessons and rental, the school also offers SUP lessons, snorkelling and much more!
